Custom Longarm Quilting

I know how much work has gone into the special quilt top that you’ve finished. I’ve been there. You’ve selected a pattern and fabrics and have spent countless hours cutting, piecing and pressing. Now you want that top to become a finished quilt. I would love to help make that easy! I specialize in custom longarm quilting. All my quilting is hand-guided using various free-motion quilting techniques and longarm rulers. I work with my clients to design quilting that will enhance each block and design of your quilt.

I’m based in Grand Rapids, Michigan, but I love to work with clients from anywhere! I quilt on my Handi Quilter Amara with a 10-foot frame and can quilt most sizes of quilts. Longarm quilting is my passion. I’ve worked on quilts of all sizes from traditional to modern and would love to work with you. Today I’m adding custom quilting to this adorable Christmas wool appliqué quilt. 🎄 There is nothing quite like that finished quilt feeling! Here are some shots of all of the darling details. It’s finally complete! I’ve been working on this quilt on and off over the past two years and this weekend I added the final hand binding stitches. 🎉 This quilt is a gift to our son and will hang in his nursery. I predict lots of “what does the cow say?” sessions in my future. The swirly background stitching is finally complete and now I can move onto the Star blocks and borders. I usually tackle those as I move down the quilt but this time I wanted to do as much with my glide foot as I was able before switching back to my ruler foot. It’s a gorgeous morning for some custom Longarm quilting! ☀️ Custom quilting is simply ✨magical✨ One last pic to show how beautiful this quilt is on the front and the back! 😍 If I had to choose a favorite block from this quilt….
